project
160 Park View, a residential high-rise building in the Westend district, is being built that uniquely combines architecture and lifestyle. A construction project by RFR Holding, which already boasts some truly trophy properties in its portfolio, including international icons of modern architecture such as the Seagram Building and the Chrysler Building in New York.
160 Park View represents a subtle definition of luxury: the concept is not characterized by pomp, but by atmosphere and elegance – spaces that combine intimacy and internationality, offering both retreat and openness.

The concept
Designed by KSP Engel Architekten and implemented by hochform Architekten, a former twin office tower is being transformed into an ensemble of 129 residences and the Roomers Park View Hotel with around 136 rooms, a restaurant, bar, spa, and lounge – an interplay of residential and hospitality that will lend Frankfurt's Westend additional cosmopolitanism.
With its location directly on Grüneburgpark and its proximity to the university and cultural centers, the project is both locally rooted and internationally inspired.

International Statement
Architecture, lifestyle and
urban lifestyle combined
160 Park View is digitally presented and represented by the exclusive agency Fantastic Frank. Curated online presentations and exclusive events combine architecture, design, lifestyle, and culture into a unique experience. The project is thus far more than a residential ensemble: It makes an international statement that impressively visualizes the dialogue between New York and Frankfurt.
